We acknowledge yours of the 27th, and thank you

for the news contained, it is not so much that we wish to

trade with the Rotterdam firm in question but that he has

to settle some terms of business with us on behalf of the

Hong Kong Branch, but we have not been able to get a reply

from them and presume this is on account of their letters

have been stopped pending investigations?

Te presume we are in order in communicating and

dealing with the Hong Kong firm, Wilhelz J. Heigblom and

that our letters will be allowed to proceed.
